G2 Specimen Cooling Door (Factory Installed)

The Specimen Cooling Door is an optional kit available for use with the G2 Gyratory Compactor. The custom door permits cooling of specimens in the mold before extrusion and saves time when compacting asphalt mixes that contain rubber.

A cooling door kit, AFG2X06F, is available for field installation on G2’s that were not manufactured with a Cooling Door.
